the description is within the youtube page, in the description field, but just for reference,

"Participating in a CU Boulder Technology Arts & Media class called 'World Music Video As A Catalyst For Social Change', students Cody St Arnold and David Silvis' project focuses on showcasing the vast array of musical genres and styles present throughout the world which many people, young & old, come to take for granted. We hope to gather information from musician-friends as well as professional musicians, abroad, to provide a commentary on what music means to musicians as well as where they feel music is today. Through meeting with these musicians, as well as CU's very own Ethnomusicology advisor, we hope to pair the commentary with actual, personally improvised musical performances that we (and with the help of fellow friends and musicians) will play both on CU's Radio 1190 radio show, as well as in a live setting somewhere on CU's campus. We hope to share as many types of music with the general public, so that everyone can ultimately grasp the commonalities and unity among the many diverse forms of musical entertainment"
